Production
Manual harvested, half whole bunch, half destemmed, spontaneous fermentation in amphora, only two soft manual punch downs, pressed after 10 days, fermentation completed and aged in amphora. Not filtred and no SO2 added.
A wine that is all about the juicy side of Blaufränkisch — with those hallmark blackcurrant and white pepper flavours — but on the lighter side of the spectrum. Delicious juice, but with a serious undertone, and a true foodie's wine.
