Production
Manual harvested, gentle pressing. Fermented in stainless steel for 6 weeks with indigenous yeast. Controlled ferment at less than 22ºC. Matured in concrete vats for 6 months. Undergoes malolactic fermentation. Filtered before bottling. No fining
Tasting
The nose exhibits aromas of fresh fruits and flowers. The palate is round and fruity but without heaviness, this cuvée is a beautiful southern interpretation of Chardonnay with a long finish.
