  • Production Domaine de la Chevalerie is owned and run by Danielle and Pierre Caslot. The 33-hectare organic estate has been in the Caslot family since 1640 and an excellent range of reds are produced from their cellar in the village of Restigne. The wines are made only from the Cabernet Franc grape, producing fresh yet intense reds that are a delight to drink. 100% Cabernet Franc harvested from 25 year old vines and undergoes ageing in old oak barrels for up to 12 months before bottling.
  • Tasting This is a lively and aromatic red with aromas of redcurrants and raspberries. The palate is packed with juicy red fruit flavours with hints of bitter cherry. A crisp, fresh and long finish finish.
