Production Carignan grapes infuse for two days in direct-press Grenache juice, with a tiny bit of muscat added just before resting in cuve for 6 months. Sitting somewhere between a light red and a deep rosé, it is dark ruby in colour with a delicate perfume and has just the right amount of juicy blackberry fruit. This is wonderful a touch chilled.
