Production
Manually harvested. Must for the rose from a combination of pressing and blending of partial skin contact juice from red wine production. Full malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, before being racked onto fine lees for 8 months ageing in stainless steel.
Tasting
Cherry, Creamy, Fresh, Grippy, Rhubarb, Strawberry
Beautiful nose of fresh red cherry, ripe strawberries and a hint of watermelon. Palate is instantly dry with a clean citric acidity balanced by a gentle lactic note. Light and fresh, with some slightly more bitter notes of peach skin, rose petals and rhubarb. Amazingly flabourful for just 11.5%, long and juicy.
