Instructions
  • 1 Blend all ingredients at speed 6 in the thermomix for 5 mins
  • 2 Take the 4 centrifuge buckets and weight the liquid into all four distributing evenly
  • 3 Star machine on 4000rpm for 30 mins
  • 4 Pour off liquid and seal in a vac bag taking away all the air
  • 5 Make 1:1 syrup
