  • 1 Bag whole fruits in a single layer in a vac bag
  • 2 Leave at room temp for 1 week
  • 3 Blend fruits and juice and clarify in centrifuge
  • 4 Combine clarified juice, sugar and acids ingredients in jug
  • 5 Stir to dissolve sugar and acids
