Instructions
  • 1 Combine the acid and the whiskey and stir to dissolve
  • 2 Measure out the milk in a separate container
  • 3 Add the acid whiskey to the milk (ensure this way round)
  • 4 Leave to curdle for 10 mins
  • 5 Measure into centrifuge and spin for 40 mins at 0ºc
