Instructions
  • 1 First clarify apple juice in centrifuge
  • 2 Combine apple juice and pectinex spl
  • 3 Weigh into buckets and add to centrifuge
  • 4 Spin at 20ºc for 40 mins
  • 5 Strain clear juice and add acid
  • 6 Once acid is dissolved then add sugar
  • 7 Stir, bottle and label, and store in fridge
