  • 1 Blend in batches with water in thermomix along with 2.5ml pectinase for 5 minutes at speed 7
  • 2 Pour liquid into large jug
  • 3 Take 4 large centrifuge bucket and measure the liquid to distribute evenly
  • 4 Spin at 4000rpm for twenty minutes
  • 5 Pour off clarified juice and strain through muslin
  • 6 Bottle and store in the fridge
