Instructions

Add 10 litres water and all other dry ingredients (except yeast) to large stock pot and bring to the boil

Stir and make sure all sugar has dissolved

Covered simmer for one hour

Check veg they should all be soft and mushy
5
Strain ,mixture in fermentation bucket along the rest of the water - the remaining water should be cold to chill the mix
6
Once the liquid reaches 30 degrees or lower the yeast can be added
7
Stir in yeast and close lid
8
Leave for 1 week

Centrifuge liquid to remove yeast sediment
10
Bottle and refrigerate
