  • 1 De seed the tomatoes reserving the seed pulp
  • 2 Dice the tomato, (may need skins to be removed)
  • 3 Sweat onions and garlic all fine dice in the oil
  • 4 Pass tomato juice pulp to get rid of the seeds
  • 5 Add tomatoes and juice
  • 6 Slowly reduce for about 20 minutes
